I have pressed continue and 360rev remains idle. If I attempt to open the save in the game, when the loading screen would normally appear I get a blank screen with just the normal background. the file had its checksum data and invalid values due to a overflow of values, meaning you made values too high for minecraft to read. did u make backup?
im not sure, to be honest with you, if the mod tool wont open it there is always the possibility of manually hex editing it, or trying one of the less advanced minecraft tools on the web to see if they open it so you can change all the values of every item to 1. ill see if c0ma will take a look at this when he gets on,
Thank you so much. I have spent ALL of my minecraft time in this world and restarting would be terrible. Do you know the names of any good programs? A google search yielded only garbage.
Your error looks like a simple missing file, once i finish work 5-6hours i can send you the file from my computer. Hopefully that will have an effect Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
My 360Revolution is just on the desktop, it doesn't have a folder. I have tried putting packageio into the folder that is getting the error but that doesn't help. I have also created a new folder and put 360rev and packageio into it and that doesn't work either. The last thing I did was try them both from the desktop, but nothing changed. The problem isn't with 360rev, it's the save. I am able to open up other saves with no problem.
No it just shows the normal scrolling background with nothing else. I am able to press B to back out and then I can load my other saves with no problems. This is the only one not working.
Just talked to c0ma, Basically the gamesave in completly corrupted and therefore unfixable, if you have a backup, i would make sure to upload it safely to keep it incase of future problems, if there is no backup, i would advise backing up every file you intend of modding, 360rev does this automatically, About > Settings > Tick Create Backup > Save. Would you like this thread locked?
i do apologize, i hate having unresolved issues, while this is open, could i ask what tool you used to extract the save from the USB?
