Good Day to all..First I wanna say Thanks to all that provided an answer to my previous question/concern...But now I am dealing with something New..My Xbox is flashed with lt+3.0 and since after the update of last week I have been noticing an issue..witch is the fact that the xbox keeps on stopping a game play when I m playing and tells me the disc is dirty remove and try again of restart your xbox..(my burnt cd's are clean) It does that every 2 to five minutes witch is so very annoying,it also does it with original games,,,Have somebody experienced that??? and is there a fix for it?? please let me know,I am losing it!!
    Thanks to All!!!

Have you tried cleaning the laser lens in your 360s drive?

I have tried actually but to save my life I could not take the drive apart...I took the screws off and everything but when I got to the point of taking the case off,one part came out and the other was impossible to remove,I did not want to break anything so I gave up...:(

You lens is probably dirty and needs to be cleaned or your disk has scratches.

It sounds like your drive is going bad. You may need to replace it.

Is it only that one particular game? try other backups both XDG2/3 and see if the same problem persists; stopped after 15-20mins. I assume your problem comes normally from backups that aren't truncated. Also make sure you used to highest qualifty of backups like Verbatim(MIS) and Taiyo Yuden.

Well if the drive is dead, that isn't the end of the world is it? The option of jtaging and glitching your xbox is only the begining of a better gaming life, You no longer need to rely on that dvd drive and just play your games through an internal/usb hdd. Or.. if you can't find it possible to RGH/JTAG, it might be good to invest in a xkey/wasabi.
