Could someone help me please in the seed (worstseedever) on the Xbox there is a pig spawner and it never spawns pigs even when I mod my inventory the spawner's still never spawn anything.
yeap an to make grass grow the dirt has to be atleast touching grass for it to spread.. or use bone mel
sometimes you can trick the spawner. Try putting a spawner in a mossy cobble stone 6x6x6 dark room you should spawn monsters the spawners are pig spawns but where they are place effects what they spawn
um idk what your talking about but the spawners that the 360rev give you are pig spawners only they will not spawn anythng else but that
the spawner you see as you first spawn in the worstseedever is not a pig spawner but a zombie spawner, it has to be on easy+ for zombies to spawn from it, (also dark) if you are reffering to the spawners from the mod tool then it has to be placed on grass (not dirt) and have a lot of light around it. if you are still having problems add my gt DaVyZz and ill come into your world.
1. Mob spawners in x360 mc at the moment ALL have spinning pigs inside them. ALL OF THEM. 2. (Unconfirmed/source not remembered) Somewhere I read that ANY spawner that is placed into a world from a player's inventory WILL only spawn pigs. 3. Mob spawners in dungeons WILL spawn monsters, despite the spinning pig.
I discovered this by building things out of ms and sometimes like 20 cows would be in house around house on house. so i started putting them in diff locations,like off on a mountain and a few times you would see a ton of spiders spawning near the spawner. So i THINK if you put the spawn in a certain location it will effect the spawner. Try it yourself
