My theory is that, your timezone has to be a 2:00:00 am or later in order to get the update. Yes, UTC Timezone its way past 2:00:00 am. Some people (including me) thought why haven't we gotten the update yet, then I thought about this theory. Yes, this was not fair to have to wait until your timezone is 2:00:00am or past, when some other country it already is past that time. In the future updates, they should have it to where everyone gets the update at the same time. This stops complaints that are un needed. I am pretty positive that Mojang and 4J are getting Hardcore Spammed at the moment with just full of un needed complaints. If you think about it my way, then you will understalnd why you have not recieved the update yet.
