    Hi

Just tried this and it didn't work! Changed ID titles, rehashed and resigned and injected new file but still at same position in game without any of the new assets, weapons etc. I was in Primm against the convicts with and that's where I am when I select load, auto save etc etc.

The only thing I can think of is that I had previously modded my gamesave with the FNV mod toll within 360rev. Is it possible that you can't mod an already modded save??

Should I be back at the start if this mod worked?

Still a bit confused and disappointed.

ok since this does use the auto save slot you will have to move your original off the hdd, save it to your computer, put this mega save onto your usb and move to your xbox. it was loading your auto save and not the mega auto save. you can also go into options and change storage location and see if you can then load the autosave after you select usb if that's where the mega save is.

    Hi Caboose

I did move the original save from the HDD to avoid this problem. When I reinstalled the megagamesave it should have been the only one to load from so am a bit confused about that. I will delete the gamesave from xbox and tray again but I don't know how I seem to be the only one to run into this problem. If the megasave loads does it take you back to the start before it pops?

    Thanks.

Wow this save.. is beyond any gamesave I've ever encountered. Now it makes me want to give the game a second go. But, before so, is this save for PAL or NTSC or both?

    Hi

I figured it out. When I was reinjecting the modded file I chose "overwrite" but it wasn't overwriting. When I deleted the old file and then injected it was fine.

    Many thanks for help.

Hello guys, does anyone on this site knows how to get unlimited carrying weight like in one of the modded saves?

Specifically make it so that it always stays 0/X where X is your total carrying weight.

Edit: NVM I figure it out.

Normally, around about now, I'd get a little annoyed that the save contains so many items and things. This is because I'm usually just looking for infinite carry weight or something like that and don't wan't the game to become pointless (which can happen if you start off with the best of everything).

The thing is, Fallout NV, unlike Skyrim, has a brilliant save editor available. I've been able to apply simple tweaks like increasing carry weight and such for a long time. That means, I'm very much open to these mega-saves, especially when you rope in things like having all the perks (which is one thing the editor can't do).

Once I've completed my current run-through, I'll give this save a shot. Very nice work there!

Out of interest, does the save have Hardcore Mode enabled by default? It really needs it, since that would mean people would have he choice of toggling it off if they don't want it, or keeping it if they do. It's going to be a brilliant starting point for me for doing a Hardcore run (I need that one achievement I have pretty much ignored due to the fact I have a tendency to do 'everything' and would run out of food and water, and maybe forget to sleep way too much).
