I'm considering opening up shop in the US for modding consoles. I have been flashing and what not for going on 4 years. So my question for you, would it be beneficial for every one or are there enough?
I don't think there are many services offered for US users,,however you will have to gain 10 posts to use the marketplace, then of course show some pics of work with proof etc,,and also of course it may take a little posting and getting known around the forums to become a "trusted seller",,and gain some customers,,but entirely possible :good:
Begallegal is right, help out around the forums to get familiarised with the forums & everyone, also wait it out till later today its 3am here in UK and like 90% of the member are asleep, im sure they will get back to you when they get the chance
I'm in no rush I figured most my customers if I done it would be from the us. I was told there weren't many firmware modders in the us.
i am looking actually but i wont buy tell you become a trusted seller.. iv been looking sense i posted in the other guys topic so hopefully you can pull it off so i can get one
I appreciate the support every one. I think I shall work on getting my trusted seller and go from there. Do you all think a P.O. Box would be a good idea?
It's a box that the US postal service will provide at any of their locations for a fee,,so people without a perm address can receive mail/pkgs and pick them up 24/7 from a drop box,,lol I'm sure you guys have similar there
Well put. I live with a roommate and I don't think they would like the address posted on the internet. Are you thinking that it would make people uneasy about sending their drive?
LOL was thinking that exactly,,(no offence to OP) ,,, just wasn't sure which way the head scratch was heading,, yeah Holliday,, that may cause some probs with customers,,as far as trust,,etc Though I do understand the "legit" want to use that instead of your real address
