Resolved 360 Rev Won't Work Help?

    Ok so i downloaded it but when i try to open it it says this:
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Windows cannot open this file:

    File: 360Revolution.rar

    to open this file, windows needs to know what program created it. Windows
    can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list from your computer.
