Left 4 Dead 2 Online Mod Help

    This is the video I am going off of.
    Alright I download all of the files, then what do I do if it says in the iso download, their is a dvd and a iso? Then after I put it throught abgx, do I extract all of the files he provided, or do i extract one at a time then insert?
