Help With Revolution

When i load it up it says:
To run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of the .NET framework:

Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET framework.

Someone plz help me

 

download and install this

restart you computer then try again.

 

I did this but nothing has happened

 

does it still give you the same error?

you can also download and install this one

if you have installed both of these and restarted there is no way it should give you the same error.
