need help! (fallout 3 save)

alright i have a fallout 3 save. If someone could mod it where i have all skills to 100, lotz of weight capacity, and all perks. I would highly appreciate it.

I think the closest your going to get to a save like that is the lvl 50 god saves.. Theres also a save around somewhere that has lots of caps + Overpowered weapons and starts at level 1

Heres what the level 1 'Basic save' has to offer
+All Equipment
+Increased Carrying Weight
+Increased Action Points
+Unkillable Caravan Merchants and Followers
+Caravan Merchants have 100 Repair skill
+Keys to both Houses

Heres what the level 50 God Mode save has:
+All Equipment
+Increased Carrying Weight
+Increased Action Points
+Increased Health Points
+All Perks (except quest perks)
+Max Skills
+Max Special
+Overpowered Weapons and Armor
+Spawnable Creatures and NPCs
+Fast Travel anywhere
+Underwater Breathing
+Unkillable Caravan Merchants and Followers
+Caravan Merchants have 100 Repair Skill
+Keys to both Houses


^The level one basic save has a few overpowered weapons, Even though it doesn't list it.

If you want one of them let me know, I'll upload them so you don't have to go searching around for them.

 

but are you invincible? cuz i dont want to be, tht makes the game too boring. Where could I find a God save with all that? At the beggining

It is at the beginning. However yes, Your pretty much invincible on the level 50 god mode save.

The Basic Save Is also at the beginning but is not invincible (However theres like 30,000 Stimpacks in one of the footlockers + 30,000 of every ammo type including mini nukes)

They both start just before you exit the vault for the first time. (Don't use until after you've completed the G.O.A.T.)

 

Woops, Double Post. And No his is a different one. I think it has alot of the same features though

 

it looked like you had copied his exacly lol so im just using his, i wish he would of added spawnable buildings and items too, thtt would of made the save completely perfect

It says that some content is missing which is added in the save so I downloaded all dlcs but still it gives the same error
