Me and Essential have thought that it would be a good idea if there was a "staff of the month badge" this would show which staff is putting hard work into the site and is helping new members work their way around the website.
Also, it gives us members something to vote for too, say an Admin helps us out as much as they can, its nice for us to give them something in return
Have a little competition between staff, obviously not giving money out, maybe a seperate ranking system? Like if you get voted for over lets say, 25 times, they get a new rank called Super Staff or Fan Favourite, or something like that?
