got one my self , ****es all over the iphone and some tablets in the benchmark test love it its a great phone , only one let down , battery life ... but everything else makes up for that

 

I do hope they fix the battery life too, barely lasts 5-6hours when your constantly using it! (which I do for work!)

Congrats ,Personally dont like that model but i advise you to root..... Custom rom and some cool tweaks are out for it!

 

am on a 2yr contract ... is there a way i can get away with it if i decide to claim on my insurance if i i mess tthe phone up or say damage it physically... cuz they know if its been rooted don't they ?

 

rooting sound complicated but is very easy once read about and understand. It is not for the faint hearted.......

If you root and your succesfull without bricking then yes if your device became faulty or you needed to send the device back then you can unroot and return the factory settings.

I advise you head over to the xda forum and look into the section for rooting and way up the pro's & con's. Decide if its what you want then have a play.

should of waited on the galaxy s 3 I get it this month cant wait best on the market by far.

 

ill check it out bro , I did ny desire a while back , still got it and it works fine , just don't wanna brick this one , because I know its new and the new roms probs ain't been tested properly yet haha , but ill keep looking for updates cheers man

Nar its only like 0.01 better on some things bro plus its slightly bigger than this phone haha , up to you I just prefer HTC as a brand to be honest bro
