Resident Evil 4 bottole cap save

I tried doing this legit, but Leon's shaky hands seem to get in the way everytime. So if someone could please help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

All I want is a save that I can load up, go to the shooting range and have the achievement pop after a go at the range.

Tell me if it works because I have used that save once before and the achievement didn't pop.

 

His worked for me, I just tried it this Saturday. What you have to do is upload I think its save 19, and then talk to the merchant in the gun room and choose a weapon set. After just talk to him again (unless you want to play the mini game) and ask to exit and you should get it.
