URGENT XBOX 360 FAMILY SETTINGS HELP

i just bought a new game and my xbox has family settings and i didn't do it i dont know who did it please help i need it disabled

 

settings/family settings turn off there

 

i dont have code so i cant and i dont know security question is there a reset code or somthing

 

not that i know of but i thought the setting was set to the profile not the console

 

Nope I just tried another profile and my games still don't work. -_-
