Got Banned on Live For uploading a Youtube Video

i Uploaded a Walking Dead XBLA Gameplay 5 days ago
Yesterday i got this Copyright Message
And today i checked the E-mails
Theres one from Microsoft i am Banned for playing preReleases but this Xbox 360 Account Never played some
This Account has Only the Same Adress as the Youtube Account

Edit MY Slim Console is banned too -.-

Note: The E-mail is in German because i'am from Switzerland

Remove The Video Off Youtube, Post On The Forums That You've Been Banned For Playing Pre-Releases Yet You Haven't Played Any And Force M$ To Review It , If They Decline, Tell Them That You Are Going To See An Ombudsman About It Because They Have Stopped Your Sevice With No Evidence.

Moral Of The Story Is, Not Matter How Much We Try To Help, At The End Of The Day It's Your Own Fault As People Know The Risks (Nothing Against You Alien, Everyone In General)
