If anyone can help me with ME3 save

    Can anyone help me with modding my ME3 save, i want to mod my EMS( Effective military strength) or the TMS (total military strength) or the Galactic Readiness , I've tried using the hex editor but i can't wrap my head around what to do, i don't know if its possible or if you can point me towards any editor.
    Any help is welcomed.

    I do believe I saw an option in the Gibbed Editor to do that. Give that a try.
