This is just a simple pileup glitch
Written Tutorial
(rounds 1-4) play zombies normal, just trying to get as many points as you can, on round 4 leave the room but take door that leads to the KRM. DO NOT open the other door from spawn.
(rounds 5-9) make sure that by now you have cut the power on and have started working on the pack-a-punch. by round 9 you should have 2-3 perks and that pack-a-punch should be open...
now REMEMBER, do not open the two doors to the left of the spawn. this included the one that leads to the kuda.
once you have opened the pack-a-punch, and have your weapons and perks.. all you have to do is out your back on the door with close to the kuda with one player
now with the second player. face the window directly behind the door..
as shown in the video.
