I actually tried infinite skill points but it messed up game badly. I can see if i can make it add more then 1 skill point for every 1 gained.

There you go added INFINITE SKILLS POINTS
You have to have atleast 1 skill point, which you should get before training missions are over with. Then you can buy all upgrades.
