You can mod your ammo by setting the BlackMarketUpgrades under the raw tab. I changed each value to 99999 and can hold plenty of ammo now. Also setting your money to 999999999 when you spend it is does not go down. Not sure about it sticking after you pick money up or die as I haven't checked yet.

Having some troubles here. Attempted using the editor, although it still won't work even after extraction from Horizon. I also attempted clicking "New File" (if that button even works) inb4 newfag. Please help
What is it saying? You need to go to horizon and load your save. Then go to to the top right of the save box and click on "Contents" and then right-click on "Savegame.sav" and hit extract....Then load that into the editor.
