Here is a Tutorial you can use with two different options for changing Regions 1. You can change the ID's and extract what's inside the save file's you downloaded (DATA.bin and MASTER.bin) and replace them with what's inside your save from your console/region. It's easier in a way I IMO. Example: Here is Picture of the files you Right click and replace: Spoiler 2. In case you want to simply try renaming the Files. Example: Change the highlighted Blue to Red for NTSC save to PAL save.
