Either replace the drive or look on youtube for a guide ;)

explain a little better mate? does it not read at all? does the disc tray get stuck?

Either you will have to buy a new drive and solder the board onto the drive. Or it could just be an easy fix as just cleaning your lens.

yeah either buy a new drive or keep restarting the xbox and it start working sometime.
