If you haven't already extracted a save or don't know how to do it then follow this Tutorial HERE

After you extracted a save from your USB Memory Unit you will now expand “Tools” and select the Package Manager. Once the Package Manager is open, Click "Open" in the top left corner. Now browse to the save file you extracted and select and Open it.

Now once the file is opened you will see your Profile ID, Console ID, and Device ID. Now click "File" in the top left hand corner again and select “Save ID's” and you can choose which set you would like to save your ID’s too so that you don’t have to copy and paste them every time you want to use a downloaded game save.

Now you can open any downloaded gamesave in the package manager, use the ID Set drop down box and select which set you saved your ID's to earlier. It will put your Profile ID, Device ID, and Console ID into the appropriate boxes. Now simply click the Rehash/Resign button and you can then inject the save back into your USB Memory Unit and you can now use the downloaded game save.

Ok so i did everything this tutorial told me, but when i put the usb stick back into the 360 and start the game, it doesn't seem to recognize the save. I would think the "load" game option would be avalible right? Well, its not. either is continue. I even changed the drive so it uses the usb..... I don't know what to do. The game save i'm trying to use is the silent hill downpour one.

Check the storage device on the xbox 360 systems settings and check the actually game save itself make sure you move the file back on your harddrive and see if it corrupted.

OK for some reason, the file is on the usb stick but it seems to be invisible to the xbox 360 becasue it says there are zero files in the usb stick when I try and move things. I don't understand... maybe the file I downloaded isn't working??

After you save the game to your USB what are you doing from there? Are you playing the game and just trying to load it or did you upload the game to your xbox and than try to load it?

Ok, so I have the file i downloaded from this site, its a modded game save. I saved the file to my desktop, got 360evolution, and "thought" that I found my right "id" info, but now I am looking at some other game saves of my own that i also saved to the usb just to see what they looked like, and the "id" is different.... on all the them.. so what "id" info do I use on the save I just downloaded?? and when I click the "resign button" how does it save it?? do I need to do anything else??

You need to extract a saved game from your hard drive and open it with 360rev. When you do that you can revert to the tut on how to change the info. Your saved has all the info you need to save the profile info etc.

Having a massive problem. I've did this man times with other gamesaves but, it seems not to be working with anything related to The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition. It'll rehash and resign but, when I check it on my 360/usb, it shows the modded save as a seperate save with no picture beside. Then it doesn't recognize the save at all. I've tried multiple times to use the save but, it keeps doing the same thing.

upload the withcher 2 save you are trying to use and any other gamesave so that i can make sure you are rehash/resigning with the correct ID's. you can also pm them to me if you don't want anyone to see your profileID which i would suggest.

It's okay. I already learned the reason that it's not working. The Witcher 2 mod gamesaves only work with Jtag 360 and it so happens that I don't have one.

Thank you for the sticky Caboose and Bezza. It really helps having that link. I'll probably mess around with some saves once I have some downtime. ^_^
