Hi guys hope everyone is ok and doing well.

Just heads up , microsoft has been resetting gamer tags again and they seem to think they are above the law and any government.

Be carefull how you use saves

I heard that they have been resetting accounts as low as 3k just for being associated with cheaters!

I wish someone would, If you buy a legal street purchase of a device that allows transfer of saves to be used on a xbox 360 there should be no penalty from microsoft, How can microsoft reset someone because it looks like they have cheeted when infact the achievements in games are glitchy at best and at time some wont unlock and then you get an achievement before getting the one before due to a bug in the game.

I think the enforcement team are a law in themselves and I would love someone with a bit of money to take them all the way.

hmmm this is messed up my friend got reset he had 160k and ive got 177k and i havent been reset??

On a fake account I hexed like 62K in a day and waiting to see them asses ban or reset it! I did this on purpose by the way! LOL

I have four 360s and the console I used is supposedly out of warranty according to MS. So I used that one. Its having some major issues!

whats the matter with it? xbox 360's are pourly designed. and break very easily, and due to 1 of 2 things. mainly!!!!! there is a guy on ebay that repairs them but re soldering the whole board, rather than taking the X-CLAMPS off which is not reccomended!!!! and often does not fix the problem.

Couple guys I know got reset or friends of friends I know, it's true about the 3k thing Bullet, which I think isn't fair.

plenty of people have took microsoft to court and have won... but like i say you need alot of money to do so.

I have been asking a few questions and reading up on some of the resets and from what I have heard alot of people got reset due to them playing online and stupig kids who have lost online got togeather and started reporting the user for foul language which microsoft then looks further into your account.

Infact I know a guy who got reset and has not used a gamesave in his life and now its his word against enforcement @ MS

I think MS are getting well out of order!
If they are resetting tags that have NEVER been cheated on!
Regardless if they are accounts made on known cheaters consoles or otherwise!
If the tag is legit then they have NO rights resetting it!
If we have now entered into a realm where a bunch of spoilt kids can collaborate and get get you reset then i say to hell with it!
Lets give em all we got!

it is bang out of fooking order. MS are turning into a load of pee taking fecktards!!! im starting to consider getting a boosting machine, and boost my account over 300k. and just boost it up every time they reset me! as the macgine i use is online once every few months

It all depends on HOW you gamesave, imo.

I've been doing some for a while and haven't got reset yet. I think if you just be careful, you're okay.

Also, I think MS can do that, because of the Live contract you agreed while signing up... Not sure about that, though.

it's Simples...... If you get caught cheating your RESET" when you agreed to the NXE is states MS are applying a zero tollerence against cheaters! so regardless, DONT CHEAT" but if you do learn how to do it so damn well that they cant tell! make sure you have legit time stamps and time scales ect.. but even still it takes 10 complaints against you for cheating before you get investigated.... nuff said!

So why isnt the xploder device not illigal ?

Point being is that people who are using these saves are using them for fun, they aint hurting anyone. Hey I would love to use a save just for a bit of help e.g inf health or ammo etc you know like the good old days when you hit x b y start OO bb y select.

Now that was a good cheat you could play all the game with fun

the xploder cable is not illegal due to use intention of use. it's indended to back up you gamesaves. not use them to obtain gamerscore.

Xploder is actually worded as a saves mangement system or something!
Its all down to clever marketing that xploders not touched!
Once you have xploder if you use it to obtain score thats nothing to do with xploder!
