If you go to the gym then how have you not heard of the legendary Zyzz(bodybuilder, he is an icon in the aesthetics bodybuilding) He died in 2011 btw, I started lifting because of him.
Correct but wrong at the same time. I researched about him and turns out he was using recreational drugs, HGH(human growth hormone which enlarges the heart if ran year long, he was a big fan of it so there we go), worst of all he even used trenbolone and clenbuterol (horrible on the heart and hair if used long term which he was doing simply to look good year round) his hair was already norwood 2 by the time he was going to die and he looked like horseshit closer to his thailand trip, turns out he overdone cocaine etc while on his thailand trip(its cheaper and much more pure there) he is pretty stupid but then again he lived the life that most of us dream of(party girls fame money) Roids if used properly are safe.
Yea same here. I also lift my arm up and grab the pc mouse and use the keyboard..........you get where I am going here.
I don't go to the gym as much anymore. The reason being is at my work, I am typically always lifting and carrying around desktops, server blades, rack mounts, and such that are anywhere from about 5kg to about 32kg sometimes. Also you might laugh because its computers and such, however workstation hardware, and servers can get really heavy depending on the configuration used. Typically carrying them from either a vehicle to a building for a short while, or moving them to be serviced. That's just a estimated weight.
lol are you serious? if yes then i wanna ask if it Is true that nearly every other guy is muscular in australia?
natural as in natural lifting? I think its the other way round lol, roid abusing is highest in australia, that's why the laws there are 10x strict and the prices are sky high for a simple vial of testosterone.
I work out daily for football, it's just one of our many programs we do. In college they make you do speed and agility, normal workouts, workouts on your own, running of the treadmill, then practicing plays and stuff like that. Usually busy all day long either at class or doing football related things. I don't do lifting as a ritual though, like you might. I like to stay in shape though, the gym is a place I like to go.
Does using the wii remotes count as working out? Lol I'm kidding but have you try boxing on the wii.. It gets tiring after awhile..
It isn't cheating tbh, There are many athletes atm who are going unnoticed, even the father of bodybuilding Arnold Schwarzenegger was a roid user(and anyone else around him) and today nearly every single fitness model is on drugs and so are the guys competing at the olympia class in bodybuilding. Natural never existed in the world of bodybuilding,There's a limit to how much muscle our body can have and being at 5% bodyfat year round cannot be achieved naturally as we weren't made to have a lower bodyfat. The reason why Zyzz became an icon is because he went from a skinny guy who would just play WoW all day(he was ranked in the top 15) to a guy who was being paid to appear at events, admired by others, it was like a quick fame for him and he started to live the dream. If you're being paid to look good then yes you have to take drugs. Drugs have and will always be a part of any pro level sport.
