Spoiler Step 1:We will want to set up a static Ip address for your Xbox one. If you know your routers address then log right in, if not try this. ( Start -> Run -> cmd -> ipconfig) Your default Gateway will bring you to your router. Most routers default passwords can be found via google. Spoiler Step 2:Now set up a static Ip address to what ever you would like, It should be under your settings in LAN Setup and save the changes. Make sure to write down what ever one you decide. This is mine Spoiler Step 3:Now, Go to your port forwarding tab and add these to the list. With the ip address you just set up and save the changes. Spoiler Step 5:Go to [settings | network | advanced settings | Ip settings | and put in your new static ipTest your network connection to make sure it works. And reset your Xbox One for good measure. It is so annoying that i just bought for my xbox a headset for chat and it's not working (i belive) because i have my NAT on strict. I really hope the program g19smoker mentioned will fix that. If so you have my honest thanks xd
Thank you! but if you have mobile internet at home (idk if you use this in the usa too) there are easier ways to open the NAT you just open 192.168.1.1 in your browser in your wlan on your pc, look for the proxy settings and change them how it is told to do on your internet providers homepage. it was about 3min work and nomore connection problems
