Some may know of this error but it was really annoying looking on every settings but it's actually very easy to fix. Windows 8: Step 1: Go to Control Panel. Step 2: Click on Programs and Features. Step 3: Navigate to the column on the left side of the program and Click on "Turn Windows feature on or off". Step 4: Don't scroll down because it's right there, Find "Media Features" and Make sure it is Ticked. Step 5: Click "OK" and Reboot your computer.
