Guys, Looking for suggestions for Campaign Co-op Games for Xbox One. Wife & I love to play online co-op campaigns. We've been playing dead rising 3 and having a lot of fun. We're looking for proper story/character based games which have a story, cut scenes, characters, etc. This absolutely excludes cluster-*k spaghetti games like Titanfall, which was the worst experience we had in the name of 'co-op'. If I'm not mistaken, Halo Master Chief Collection & Dying Light have similar co-op campaigns like Dead Rising 3 that two players can begin & complete from start to finish cooperatively. We're not looking for "co-op modes" that are offered in some multiplayer maps, but instead full & complete game campaigns that can be played cooperatively. 360 had a lot of these - Gears of War, etc. But I don't see many on Xbox One. Any suggestions other then Halo MCC & Dying Light? Thanks!
I know this may sound stupid, but Lego Star Wars should be an option. Depending on your tastes of course. It's enjoyable, non grusum with most ladies like, it has an enjoyable storybase and it takes a little while to complete. If you watch RomanatWood, he is a YouTuber and they play it with there child Kane and it's just a blast to even watch them play! So give it a trail Hope this helped!
Lol!! She actually quite likes the blood & gore. Dead Rising 3 is one of her favorites and we'll be picking up Dying Light once we finish DR3. Having said that - I'll definitely look at the gameplay and see how it looks like. Thank man. Wait, Borderland 2 HC can be player co-operatively? The whole campaign? Are you sure about this? This might be a good one. I think we both might enjoy this. I'll have to look into this further. Thanks. Sniper is really not our kind of game; and I knew about RE Rev 2 but I wasn't sure about the gameplay - I'll check it out once more though. Thanks guys, appreciate it.
Yup!! I checked out Gameplay looks like a lot of fun. Added Borderlands HC to list. So far this is what I've got: - Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition [Currently Playing] - Diablo 3 [Currently Playing] - Dying Light [Picking up next] - Halo: Master Chief Collection - Borderlands 2: Handsome Collection I also came across Far Cry 4, and I know that it has Co-Op "Mode", but I don't know for sure if the actual single player, story / campaign can be played in cooperatively with 2 players. Would like to hear from someone who's played Far Cry 4 co-op to give some insight. Thanks!
Unfortunately, Far Cry 4 doesn't support couch co-op and doesn't even have a co-op campaign. It's limited to open world sections only, which sucks.
Thanks for the info on that, discovery, I appreciate it. It does suck - Far Cry 4 would have been an awesome game if it supported Campaign Co-Op. I do want to clarify; I'm not looking for 'couch co-op' only, as we have two XBOX One consoles; a 'his' and 'hers', so to speak. So we're able to do full / proper online co-op multiplayer, and not just couch co-op which is usually on single consoles. So I have another game I wanted to check: Destiny. Does this game have Campaign Co-Op? Would like to hear from someone who owns the game and has played online co-op. Thanks!
Yes " Destiny " does have a full online coop mode up to 3 players y not 4 F no's but it's good and fun but gets a bit boring after words. Send from space...
