Brendan Rodgers is confident Raheem Sterling will extend his Liverpool contract but has warned the club will not be held to ransom over a new deal for the England winger. Sterling’s current deal expires in 2017 and the 20-year-old has yet to agree terms over a new contract despite months of negotiations. am i the only one who thinks that he is overrated as he has too many off days, compared to the likes of hazard, bale for me he just doesn't match up
i think the new youth player coming through there has a lot more potential Ibe, hes already physically stronger, looks confident. just have to wait and see if he starts flagging towards the end of the season like sterling did.
