    with this save, you can also get full arsenal. after finishing the boss go to canada and buy the last weapon in the shop ,there are 3 shops, one of them is the last weapon.

    Thanks for this Dack. As someone also pointed out, if you goto Canada and join Banff, goto the weapon shop and purchase the last weapon, you will then unlock Full Arsenal and Make it Rain :)
