Tbh i would try re flashing if wouldnt hurt if it still doesnt work after that i think its safe to say your dvd drive is faulty and you will need to replace it.

Have you tried replacing a KV (Key Vault) and flashing it to the nand ?

I had issues when I tried patching a KV so I could flash to my nand and it wouldn't recognise my DVD drive after, I had to flash back to a backed up nand and it worked again. If this is the case in this situation you would need to flash back to a backed up nand, if this isn't the case take this post as a piece of advice. :)

Again, if you backed up your previous nand before you updated/flashed a KV to the new nand you can just flash back to your old nand and it should work, as I said I had this issue and my drive worked again, just make sure you have your correct DVD KEY/CPU KEY also on any nand you may have.
