Actually it does work if you follow all the steps carefully however this editor does not let you unlock all weapons and items because it would just corrupt you save game
its not rocket science just read the original post and follow another reply like this and your gonna get a warning :lulz:
This is an early version of Phillymaster's editor originally posted on 360haven. Appreciate your intention in sharing it here but.....also he has updated it to include editing of soldiers stats/morale and it's been made a little easier to use so people might want to check it out.
