Wow! This is just awesome. Thank you for all the time spent typing this up and for actually including the programs!

 

Still having problems with artmoney, ok I'll tell you the steps I did. Turned on my xbox, and selected the game I wanted to mod (darksiders 2 just cause I no it can be modded). Then on simpledump++ I pressed "connect" then "dump 360 memory" without changing any values. Next I opened up artmoney and opened the folder full of my dumps (I named them darksiders dump 1,2,3 all containing different amounts of money). I then went to search, changed value to the amount of gold I had in dump 1 I also made the "type" custom and selected 1-4 integers along with reverse order. I then hit search and got a hundred and something results. I then hit filter with the other amount of money and 0 results came up. I tried this with many different dumps.

Edit: do you change the values on artmoney? I select dump one which had 1774gold in it, I put that value you in, then I select dump 2 which had 1880gold in it, and put that value you in filter then press filter? Is that right?

 

Dump to something like Ram, then search, then overwrite the Ram dump and filter, i never did it your way, imho it seems wrong.

 

When I type in what I got from the calculator in Ascension I get an error saying "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection." However, I also typed it with 0x and without it and I still get the same error. Not really sure where to go from here.

 

I tried dumping ram as well no luck, when you do it your way do you ever switch files? And you dump the 360 basefile right?

 

yes basefile no i don't switch files

 

Is it always basefile? Because when I dump basefile I dont find any results. When I choose dump ram and then search I find the addresses I just get errors as stated before. Could this be the cause of why Im having issues?

 

Did you connect it via the Ascension settings?

 

i cant even open my dump with artmoney it dooesnt recognize my dump if i want to select a file:-(

I think you might be trying to load file which only loads artmoney files. Make sure when you open artmoney that you press "search" then "objects" then select files. After that go under the "File(s)" tab and select the dump you just made if thats not your problem post pictures

Yes and I connect to my box on Ascension and also was able to connect on PeekPoker. On Ascension when I put in the address in I get "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection."When I enter the address into peekpoker I get "invalid peek lengthe"
So at this point I know it is something I am doing but I dont know what.

 

What game is it?

 

Ok I fixed the artmoney issue, although when I put in the offset 00B3D662 and add 82000000 I get 0x82B3D662 which is out of idex range according to ascention. Edit: playing kameo at the moment I am down to 4 search results in artmoney and I just tried them all and none of them worked.

 

Restart your computer and try again, this is weird, this never happened to me.

 

just to be clear, the offset is the address in artmoney right?
