There are Two ways of getting this blueprint , however we prefer the Exploding pink Teddy bear Easter Egg method which is at Ruperts house. Hes the weird looking gunsmith / Magician that can be found in the Magical kingdom surrounded by children! Location: Old town. During the Rupert The Gunsmith quest chain ( the pedo wizard), explore the Magic Fortress and find a pink teddy bear in the empty room of the kindergarten, on the floor above Rupert. Activate the teddy bear repeatedly until it explodes to get the Stasis Field Projector blueprint. You can also find the Stasis Field Projector Blueprint in the location below: Location: Old Town - Story Mission The Clinic - Found making your way to the Doctor in a large room. The blueprint is between a Desk and the Wall so may require some finesse. Use your Survival Sense!
