    Does are just Dvar Dump you will need a program (can do it by hand but harder)

    I think FIFA does it or maybe Jamie tool
    not sure.

    by the looks of it its just a dump txt of what he's changed you'd have to do the work yourself still, he's not provided any actual files for you to inject ;)
