Can't Get Offzip/Packzip to work for Two Worlds 2

    I've been trying to run Offzip to get the right file to edit my Two Worlds 2 save but I can not get Offzip to work, I have used the tutorials but none of them help. Can anyone help me get this working.

    First image is when I first load up Offzip
    Second image is when I follow the tutorial
