Doom 3 BFG Edition ISO Mods.

So.. after messing about I've managed to make some modifications to the default.cfg and joy_360_0 and joy_360_1 - Replace those files in the ISO file.

Following default.cfg mods have been adjusted:

To get "Nightmare" mode straight away you need to start it on a clean profile that hasn't played Doom 3 BFG Edition before, simply deleting the game save will not work - or delete the .gpd from your profile using external tools search for title ID 425307F1
