Stand down, marines - it appears that today's Xbox One system update won't actually be releasing today. The console's new dashboard has been pushed back to later this week, as revealed by Major Nelson.

"The team is working on finalizing," he added in a Tweet. "More details when I get them."

The new version of the Xbox One's dashboard adds a battery charge indicator, USB keyboard support and the ability to manage storage. The update will also make improvements to Kinect voice control and general stability. Catch a picture of the revised dashboard below.

Another update will follow on 4th March "to prepare your Xbox One for Titanfall". It will offer "many new features and improvements, most significantly a new party and multiplayer system".

The tweaks to the Xbox One's party app are particularly welcome news - the app is popularly considered to be a step back from the Xbox 360's equivalent.

Why bother being a troll because of a gaming system that you can't even afford any way? I will never get the "fan boy" frame of mind when it comes to systems.
