So, recently i got my account banned from live. so its kinda useless right now. i tried some ways to get it unbanned but it didnt work.

so i figured maybe i try this:

contact xbox live support to get the account permanently deleted from the ms system.

once it is permanently out the sys. i remake the account with same name and email.

then i use the profile editor to get back all my achievies (from the banned profile i still have on USB)

    would something like this work?

    what do you guys think?

Good luck mate, I would say you are better off just making a new account. I have never heard of the calling M$ to get the account "deleted out of the system"
Yes, you can take the GPD data from the old one and make the GS the same, but it would also be another valid reason M$ to ban/suspend you.

But try it and let us know how it goes? :good:

how is the ip banned of my console when i am still using the console. and if the ip is banned i'll just give it a different static ip.

what else is there to do to get my achievies back? i have like 35k(legit) the 2000 i have now is so frustrating.

i contacted them just now. it is possible. i told them that i was concerned for my personal information on my account while not being able to use it.

tho. they will need my console id to do it.

is it possible to mod the creation date of a xbox account?

They will not delete an account if it is banned,if it was not banned maybe. but if you was to delete the account you can't create a new one with the same name because gamer tags do not get recycled ( example your gamer tag is "Boss" and you change it,then try to change it back it won't let you)
Even thro you send it a FR, it would say this gamer tag does not exist, but if you try to change your GT to that name,it would say, the GT is already in use.

PS. This is from personal experience.
Create a new one and move on.And if you got any DLC you payed for,you automatically lose it when you break the TOS.

    Hope this helped.
