    the file keeps saying it a itunes file so i dont know what to do

    im guessing he has downloaded it but has no zip program to extract it,

    download winrar from google and install it, and then open 360rev into it, extract it to the desktop,

    double click the 360rev.exe and log in using the details you used to sign up here.
