XPG Competition Number Generator 04/06/2016

I'm releasing XPG Competition Number Generator for XPG.<br />
It took me 12 hours of non-stop studying on this but I finally finished it!<br />
Well, this is my first program ever and I never touched Visual Basic/programing before today.<br />
So, just to getting started, I wanted to make a number generator for competitions.<br />
I will update it and i'll try to add music on it.<br />
