Instructions for introducing yourself are self explanatory it's not an application and should be left to the individual to add what they want us to know and what not to add.
I Genuinely think to do what you want on your intro to make it YOURS A template would seem to bore people and wouldn't give your unique twist on your intro
I agree with addz, It is simply down to the each individual to write and include what they wish in there own introduction. No template is needed.
I see where you were going with that, but its true if a template were implemented it would bore most. Plus it kind of feels match.com-ish, you know what I'm saying?! +R/T for sharing your idea though
