XEX patching help

    So I think I've patched Forza Horizon 2 xex, but when I try loading the game I get "Disk Unreadable". I got the deafult.xexp from the latest FH2 TU and a clean default.xex, I also extracted the media.zip (that was in the TU) in my FH2 folder. Not sure what to do now, If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated
