Doubt you will find it mate as Microsoft have hidden the storage from are preying eyes but im sure there will be a way of viewing the hdd at some point soon .
The gamesaves are stored to both your hard drive and the cloud simultaneously, so if you want to open up your Xbox One to gain access to the internal HDD you will find your gamesaves.
How do I delete saves I no longer need? You can delete and otherwise manage your saved games from within the game itself. Start the game and use its menu system to delete the save. The process and options for managing your data vary from game to game.

No not yet, but according to Microsoft’s Phil Spencer, there will be USB support at some point this year.
