    Major Nelson has just blogged that Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be getting two free games in February, namely Dead Island and Toy Soldiers Cold War (xbla).

    Starting Saturday (February 1st) Dead Island (Normally US $19.99) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through February 15th .
    Then on February 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Toy Soldiers: Cold War (Normally US $14.99) for free.

    So if your Gold has ran out you better get it renewed quick !

    Toy Soldiers was just fun and Dead island is a ZOMBIE GAME!!! Who does not like a good zombie game!

    So dead island is really coming out after all the rumors, I've always wanted to buy that game but I don't know why I never did.. And as ScouseCarl said, who does not like a good zombie game!?

    Its a nice token gesture to those with Xbox 360, but what about all those that sold their Xbox 360 to buy the 'current' console?
    Nothing mentioned for Xbox One users yet , and i doubt very much there will be either as there is an extreme drought on Xbox One games right now. Roll on March then i can actually start using my multi entertainment system for something other than watching TV through.

    Really? What they should do is give a choice of 2 games each time and you can only download one then it blocks you, I think I have downloaded 3 games since it started because of already having said games

    yeah. Sony gives out Outlast, an amazing and new game along with so many others. We get these... They're not even staying competitive. I love microsoft, but they need to start pleasing their customers. Especially since the Xbox one was such a disastrous release.
