    Xbox Fitness is a free to play game on Xbox One that's available to Gold members. To download it just go to the Marketplace, and search for Xbox Fitness and download.

    Xbox Fitness is a variety of fitness workout videos all varying in the difficulty, skill requirements and equipment demands. The videos are made by a bunch of famous instructors such as P90X, Shaun T from Insanity and many more besides.

    This really shows of the Kinect's capabilities as it tracks you in the right hand side of the screen whilst you work out and measures you're BMI, heart rate and more.

    There's a total of 1000 gamerscore also up for grabs! Download it today, go workout with Shaun T or P90X and earn some Gs while you loose that belly!
