Xbox 360 Update help

I sent my Xbox off to be flashed and got it flashed. I haven't turned it on in about a month and I got an update required message.

Can anyone tell me if it is safe to update?

I have a Liteon 16D4S drive.

i did mine and its not banned yet

 

Isn't there a chance that the Update can remove the flash? or am I incorrect?

Yep your fine Im sure you have Lt.3.0 so all is good drive will not go back to stock.
