Xbox 360 to Xbox One?

Hi all.

I believe I've asked this question before but just want to be 100% sure.

I've had my flashed Xbox for a long while now and was just thinking, if I move my account onto my Xbox One which I might be getting soon, do you guys think there is any 'trace' at all? I just don't wanna purchase a bunch of stuff on my Xbox One and poof .. banned xD.

Thanks for all the replies guys =)! I actually purcahsed my Xbox One yesterday as £50 got taken off it xD! Just hoping switching between my XOne and Flashed 360 doesn't cause a console/account ban lol
