    Hi Guys

This question has probably been asked a dozen times but I want to ask just to put my mind at ease.

I have an RGH I play all my games on it with my Xbox Live profile, and I swap my profile over to my 2nd legit 360 to update my gamerscore etc.

One thing I have never tried with an rgh is xbla games!
What I was thinking was if I play for example a few xbla tonight and login to xbox live tomorrow to update my profile, can I get banned?

Because cant Micro$oft notice that hey this guy didnt buy those games from the marketplace, how does he have them on his profile with gamerscore?

I really want to start playing xbla but is it way to risky to even bother?

    Thanks.

You wont get banned if you play them offline. I have not tried online but ill be glad to do some research for you.

Did some research and the answer to your question is that you will not get banned for playing a XBLA game online.

Thanks RJTB while browsing the interweb I came across a few articles stating that its safe to play offline, its just like borrowing a friends console that bought the titles and I just used my profile to play the games.

I dont use my rgh online thats a big no no in my books.

    Thanks mate.

Now you most likely won't but there are always risks I do the same and never have had a problem.

So if I play my "Games on demand" Games offline in my rgh console and then I go play live and update my gamer score in my retail console I am gonna be safe? I don't want to be banned. Thanks
