Well most questions i see are usually related to finding offsets. So i guess that would be one good thing to teach.
Sounds like a great idea. Have all the tutorials and tools in one easy to find location. Maybe people who already know how to do it all could list their skype or other preferred methods of communication. That way if someone gets in a bind they'll always be able to reach someone quickly.
That would be a very good idea, but maybe it shouldn't be just about trainers. Could be like, an RTE, xex modding, file modding, trainer creating section. But yeah i'm all for it
Yeah I would be happy for this to happen I mean I can build the trainer and RTE as coder said I an one of them who struggle to find offsets.
unfortunatley a lot of the tutorials for creating trainers are good but incomplete as they end up being rushed or just accidently miss one or two bits out , i have no experiance with ppc, hex editors, trainer engines , peek poker , simple dump , art money, the list goes on, And before i get slatted i have read every trainer tutorial on this site and several others, if you are going to do tutorials i think you should consider doing tutorials for the tools before the trainers , for example peek poker and simple dump have three and five memory sets , physical ram, base file/ image , allocated data / virtual , (s&d) ram , base file , allocated data , heap and stack , there is offsets in all of theese it just depends on the game ,But there is no tutorial to show you what you are doing in FULL if its not base or ram 0x82 and 0xc are only 2 main ones but the others are used depending on game 0x3 0x4 0x7 how you check theese how you put theese in trainers do they have sister values can they be added to BFDD or AFDD0000 (i could go on but im hoping you get were i am coming from ) and just to clarify i know how to make trainers it took me along time but i have learned.
No offense, but if you can use menus you should be able to use tools for dumping, if you think our trainer tutorial is incomplete mention it in the thread and we'll revise.
I would love to see this. Been fiddling around for a bit now but keep getting stuck on certain parts. So yeah AWESOME idea!!!
Ok m8 it would be nice to have for noobs like me i can get the offsets poke them but just canit get my head around the trainer side of it and my offsets keep changing but if it happens then good and well
your offsets are changing because there dynamic not static. dynamic offsets would require getting the breakpoint with VS
I have been downloading trainers from this page for one year, and you are the best!, I would love to learn to do this from you. please make it hapen :locomotive:
Hey guys I'm new here and have used trainers, taken a look at some .xex's using ida pro but never got that far, hoping to make some actual trainers this time around.
