i personally rate windows 7 as good as XP was back in the day its stable and not rushed like windows 8 or 10

but OS choice is a presonal preference i guess

I am rather confused and this is just criticism to you when you make videos like this, most people will watch this and go about doing what you said to "fix" the issue, however, most people don't have a clue what they are actually doing. So let me explain a bit of the features that you told them to disable.

Updates - turning off automatic updates has it's issues, Windows outputs all updates, and these updates could be general fixes, or even security fixes to newer malware that is out. Most of the updates for 10 are general fixes, but a majority I have seen recently have been updates for Windows Defender (Window's Anti-Virus), disabling automatic updates could put your computer at a larger risk than normal, plus turning off updates could cause it to run even slower than the newer versions of the OS, Microsoft always looks to optimize there OS's, and if you have automatic windows updates turned off, you won't be receiving these updates.

Superfetch - this service can be utilized and sought after for gamers such as myself in some instances. Superfetch reads what programs you utilize the most of, and preloads them into your memory (RAM), this allows applications that you utilize on a day to day bases to load at a much faster rate then without it. The only reason to actually disable this service, is one if you are running your OS on an SSD, then you should turn off superfetch as it is completely unneeded. I personally keep this service on, as I have noticed when I turn this off, a couple of my games load much slower than with it off.

Windows Search - This is an obvious service, if you don't utilize the search function on your system then by all means turn this off, but if you're like me and would much rather press the windows key and search for a program rather than dig through application after application then leave this on.

A majority of 100% disk usage issues are not actually 100% disk usage issues, but more or less your system bugging itself out, and is displaying the number incorrectly. If you notice your system is at 100% disk usage it could be a number of things such as malware, or a virus being usually the top two suspects.

This is just a warning to users, I would suggest making videos, to warn users what you're telling them they are turning off, not everyone on this wonderful Earth has a technical mind.
